ADJUST THE INTAKE

FUEL THE WORK.

Use the same mix differently depending on the session. Your total carbohydrate target can include Morwots, gels and solid food.

30G

Easy / shorter

Easy rides, shorter sessions or when Morwots is part of a broader nutrition plan.

60G

Hard / longer

Hard training, longer rides and sustained work where carbohydrate demand is higher.

90G

Race / big effort

Race days, long events and high-carbohydrate strategies for riders who have practised and tolerate that intake.

Individual requirements vary with body size, intensity, duration, conditions, gut tolerance and the rest of your nutrition plan.
BUILT to WORK

WHO IT'S FOR.

ELITE ATHLETES

ELITE ATHLETES

When every watt matters, fuelling can’t be an afterthought. Morwots makes it simple to get meaningful carbohydrate in during hard training and racing, Morwots is accessible enough to train with the same fuel you'll use on race day so the work you’ve put in isn’t limited by what you left out.

WEEKEND WARRIORS

WEEKEND WARRIORS

You don’t need a race number to need fuel. Long Saturdays, hard bunch rides and big missions still demand energy. Fuel the work and give yourself the best chance of finishing the day well.

E-MTB RIDERS

E-MTB RIDERS

E-MTB isn’t the easy option it used to be made out to be. Bigger, better bikes and better batteries mean longer rides, more climbing, more laps and some seriously hard days in the hills.

Charge the bike. Fuel the rider.

Your motor can only help with what your body is able to give it. The more you put in, the more you’ll get out of the ride.

I’m loving the tasty, gut-friendly electrolytes without an overwhelming sweetness!

I'm late start (50+) but have been riding for over 10 years, and I honestly thought most of my improvement was behind me. But over the last two years, since I started fuelling properly, I’ve noticed a real difference especially in how strong I feel later in a ride. I didn’t expect to still be making gains at this stage, but getting my fuelling right has definitely helped me find another level.

SIMPLE FORMULA. SERIOUS FUEL.

Morwots is built around carbohydrate delivery and key minerals for use while riding.

CARBOHYDRATE

Maltodextrin + fructose.

TWO TRANSPORT ROUTES

Glucose is absorbed primarily through SGLT1 and fructose through GLUT5 — separate intestinal transport pathways commonly used in mixed-carbohydrate endurance fuelling.

ELECTROLYTES

Sodium + potassium.

LIGHT ON PURPOSE.
TASTE MATTERS.

LIGHT ON PURPOSE.

Morwots deliberately avoids overpowering sweetness. Taste can change after several hours of training or racing, and a flavour that feels punchy at the start can become hard work later. The restrained profile is designed to stay easy to drink while you keep fuelling.

WHY WE MADE IT

DON'T LEAVE THE EASY GAINS BEHIND.

High-carbohydrate fuelling should be accessible to athletes at every level. Performance nutrition should be simple enough to use in training, racing and ordinary big days without turning every bottle into a chemistry project or making consistent fuelling prohibitively expensive.

DON'T LEAVE THE EASY GAINS BEHIND.

THE PRACTICAL STUFF

FAQ.

How much should I use?

A standard serve provides 29g of carbohydrate. Use the amount that fits your total carbohydrate plan for the session. Lower intakes may suit shorter or easier rides; higher hourly intakes are more relevant to longer or harder work. Build higher intakes progressively and practise them in training.

Can I use Morwots with gels or solid food?

Yes. Morwots can be your main bottle fuel or one part of a broader plan using gels and solid food. Count all sources toward your total carbohydrate intake.

We recommend SIS beta gels.

Can I vary the concentration?

Yes. The mix can be adjusted to suit the session and your overall plan. Fluid needs and carbohydrate needs are not always identical, so consider conditions and what else you are eating or drinking.

What flavours are available?

Available flavours are shown in the live product selector above. Variant availability is pulled directly from stock levels.

Does it contain electrolytes?

Yes. Morwots includes sodium and potassium. Individual electrolyte and fluid needs vary considerably between riders and conditions.

Why maltodextrin and fructose?

They provide glucose and fructose from two carbohydrate sources. Glucose and fructose use different intestinal transport pathways, which is one reason mixed-carbohydrate strategies are commonly used when endurance carbohydrate intake increases.

How many serves are in a bag?

Approximately 33 standard serves per 1kg bag, based on the current serving definition.
